Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, presenting products/services, and closing sales over the phone, email, and online meetings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and CRM tools.

  • Manage inbound inquiries and follow up with potential clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Present and explain company products/services to clients, addressing needs and objections.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute sales campaigns.

  • Track all sales activities in CRM and keep accurate customer records.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
