She just relocated to Hong Kong for almost a year and is working with XXXX as a Supervisor for Technical Services and Document Control where she is responsible for revising and publishing manuals for XXXX manufacturer, joining internal/external audits, and check all technical manuals to load it to the aircrafts; on top of that, she is also doing supervisorial function. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Technical Writer for about 7 years where she was also handling publication contents of operations manuals, user guides, training materials, and crew information. She worked there mostly with Airbus and was responsible for setting the documents’ standards based on company and regulatory policies. During her internship, she also worked with technical stuff including machines and aircrafts so she is familiar within that area as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her technical expertise when it comes to technical writing and communication. She also has lots of experience in using different kinds of document management systems and has trained people to use them on her current and previous job. In terms of tools and technologies, she is great with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Aerodocs, and Orlando Tech Pubs, and some other software related to Boeing such as JDM Pro and more.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 8 years of experience in technical writing and editing; mostly focused with aircrafts and airlines. She also has lots of experience with machines, manufacturers, and such and is mainly doing technical manuals/materials, operation manuals, user guides, safety/security manuals, flight documentations, and such. With that being said, she has great knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards as well as compliance. Excellent with different editing and design tools including Adobe Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator), Aerodocs, and also well-versed with XML documentation; was also doing newsletter previously for flight operations.
