1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has experience with Technical Writing and as a Documentation Manager during her time with XXXX, she worked with the IT department back then for producing documentation standards and core documentation templates. She’s now based in Hong Kong and is working for XXXX, a content marketing company, as the Senior Director for Media and Marketing; her specialty in this job is social media advertising particularly in LinkedIn, she’s doing lots of marketing, client-facing work, and run campaigns for small, local companies as well as big multinational companies, not just in Hong Kong but internationally.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be taking responsibility and accountability for work that needs to be done. Also, has initiative and doesn’t wait for someone to tell her what to do since she knows her objectives when she picks up a job. Most of their clients right are now are within the corporate world, some of them are from gaming, fintech, insurance, and others.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has a solid 3 years of experience in technical writing and has managed about two technical writers back then. She doesn’t have direct experience working with hardware or consumer-based products yet but would be comfortable to work on it if given the chance since she’s familiar with using them. Knowledgeable with different safety standards as well and would be fine working with compliances as well.
