1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is a quite a well-rounded person and has done direct sales both B2B and B2C. She started off as a Sales Team Lead for XXXX where she was involved in sales management and direct sales experience, and CRM management as well. After that, she was a CRM Specialist for XXXX, an authorized Ferrari dealer, where she worked on achieving brand CRM and sales targets, cultivated client relationships, boost engagement, and loyalty as well. She was also a Project Manager for an agency handling branding, design, and website development and was doing account management for them as well, ensuring project timelines and delivery are met, also involved with CRM management for that role. After that, she was involved with two startups including XXXX and XXXX, it’s an event venue for gatherings and can be customizable based on which occasions will be booked. Her last role was with XXXX as a Sales Manager where she mostly did B2B and was responsible for finding customers herself within the shipping/cargo sector, she’s the one calculating how many cargo a client need or is good for a company to do.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her sales ability since she has been driving business growth and building strong relationships for the past few years. Aside from that, she’s also good and loves to do event management and organization; in summary, she’s keen to any people or client-facing type of roles.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 9 years of direct sales and sales management experience, has strong experience with startups from 0 to 1 as well; has co-founded few startups herself. She also has worked with few insurance companies previously in HK including AIA and Manulife, and has sold beauty machines mainly for clinics, doctors, and they would be very familiar with insurance roles and policies so she has knowledge about that space. She would be willing to explore more about AI or tech-related roles as well in the future.
