1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently a Coordinator for International Relations for XXXX where he basically is the bridge between Japan and foreign or non-Japanese people, he helps with event planning, PR projects, and media programs mostly to attract or educate foreigners coming to their city. He’s also been back and forth in Japan and America for the past 10 years and is now there for good. He was previously working with XXXX, contracted by XXXX, as a Quality Assurance Specialist where he was involved with checking advertisements if they were appropriate before launching them to their platforms, and basically transform all available data into a model for them to take reference. He was also a Content Analyst for the same company initially and was a Digital Content Curator before that, with XXXX where he compiled related videos, did FEMA tagging, and all. Way before, he was a Department Manager for the Electronics section of XXXX where he led and managed team of 6 for time-sensitive projects, managed schedulings, and peer-to-peer coaching as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his developing acumen for data analytics and has been deeply studying Python, Panda, R language, and dealt with SQL and building models. He’s currently working on a couple of personal projects dealing with data and trend discovery. He is great around tech in general and on the one side, he’s good with communication and people skills.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has previous project management experience during his time with Funko and Vaco where he frequently had to present to the team, keep track of their ads, and ratings. He is also familiar with electronic security systems and AV systems during his time with Walmart where he handled the whole electronics department and also had to work closely with security team most of the time. Has great leadership skills and is fluent in Japanese, can use it confidently on work and business setting.
