1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is originally from Mainland China, and after graduating from Osaka, she joined XXXX in Tokyo, which is an international interior material company, initially as a Sales Department Trainee for six months. After that, she joined the Treasury Department in Nagoya and mainly involved in doing the monthly payment of the company to their suppliers, as well as daily payment to their export suppliers. She also handles import-related payment transactions with banks and logistics department, at the same time, manage their vendor bank account information and ensure compliance are adhered.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be within the finance industry and area since she has been in this for more than a year now. Apart from that, she’s a good Excel and SAP user, especially if it’s a financial-related software. Also has a good communication skills and can use different languages in work if needed; she’s a native Mandarin speaker and uses English and Japanese in her current work as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has almost 2 years of experience now within the financial industry, with more than a year of stay now in the treasury department. She has Advanced Excel skills as well as SAP since she uses them on a daily basis in current work; she also has great experience talking to vendors, suppliers, stakeholders, and resolving issues related to finances. Confident in using both English and Japanese on a professional setting.
