Job Description
- After successful 2025, looking for a new Branch Support Specialist to join the team in Singapore.
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Act as a local contact for ETS partners, including escorting vendors in communication rooms on behalf of Enterprise Network Services (ENS).
- Develop and maintain a process to contact employees before their token expiration date to confirm and update shipping details, ensuring uninterrupted system access.
- Handle incident resolution and service requests, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Prior experience in hardware and software troubleshooting is preferred.
- Must be familiar with Incident Technician and ISM Technician responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service desk management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication.
- English and Mandarin proficiency is required.
