Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Business Analyst to join their client team in Japan.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to physician data, sales rep data, and prescriptions
- Work closely with stakeholders in Japan to ensure smooth migration and integration
- Collaborate with global teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Oversee ETL processes, data warehousing, and BI analytics
- Support the software development life cycle for the migration project
Key Candidate Criteria
- Previous business analyst/data analyst experience
- Expertise in the pharma & commercial domain (pharma/life science data)
- Strong background in data management, ETL, data warehousing, and BI analytics
- Experience working and collaborating with global teams
- Intermediate to Fluent English speaker, Native Japanese is required.
