Job Description
- Will work closely with the Customer Service Team leads and WFM team to drive high levels of operational efficiency.
- Reporting to the Senior Head of the Dubai Office. Will develop and maintain training materials, including training manuals, job aids, and other resources.
- Will develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing customer care team members.
- Coordinate the training schedules and ensure that all team members receive training as required.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Should have 3 years of experience in a customer service training role.
- Knowledge of the Financial Market will be preferred
- Fluent in English and Arabic/Hindi
