Job Description
- After successful 2024, looking for a new Customer Success Engineer to join the team.
- Reporting to the Country Manager in Hong Kong.
- Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and optimization of SaaS products and IT infrastructure components.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Ideally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Customer-facing role.
- Proven experience in assisting customers with SaaS, IT network infrastructure, and CCTV installations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving client issues. Generally, tech-savvy with skills in IT, software, and hardware.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive information appropriately.
- Can speak fluent English and Cantonese.

- 20K to 30K+ HKD per month
