Job Description
- After successful 2024, looking for new Desktop Support L1 to join the team.
- Collaborate with local and global support teams across multiple platforms, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client assets and their management.
- Record and track incidents and requests in the ticket-tracking system to ensure efficient solution.
- Respond proactively across various communication platforms (such as email and Microsoft Teams) to ensure timely and effective support.
- Provide technical support for desktop computers, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have relevant experience in Desktop or Technical support.
- Strong proficiency in hardware support (Desktops, Laptops, Printers) and software support (OS drivers, software applications, infrastructure, and firmware).
- Hands-on experience with ITSM ticketing tools, particularly ServiceNow.
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Cisco are advantage.
- Can speak fluent English and Cantonese, with at least C1 level language proficiency.
