Job Description

• After successful 2024, looking for Desktop Windows Engineer to join the team in Hong Kong.
• Provide daily Technical support in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows system. Monitor system performance and security updates to maintain system integrity.
• Work closely with the IT team on system upgrades, security patches, and policy enforcement.
• Assist user in resolving desktop-related issues and providing assistance. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps including
   

Key Candidate Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or any related field.
• Experience providing support for Windows desktop systems with Level 1 support processes is preferred.
• Strong knowledge with Windows operating systems (e.g., Windows 10/11) and basic Windows Server.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, group policies, and remote management tools.
• Can speak fluent English, and Cantonese
