Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new IT Support to join the team in Dubai, in August and support the business/warehouse.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line of helpdesk support to users in terms of computer systems.
- Responsible for both hardware/software configuration, installations, and equipment preparation.
- Involved in frequent troubleshooting and networking activities.
- Assist with FAQ creation and other information with troubleshooting.
- Help with the monitoring and tracking of all devices.
Key Candidate Criteria
- At least 3+ years of experience in IT support
- Previous Help Desk or relevant IT experience is a must
- Hands-on experience with networking systems and troubleshooting
- Understanding of IP networking concepts
- Fluent in English.
