Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Helpdesk Engineer to join the team.
- Provide support for the client’s IT infrastructure
- Deliver Level 1 to 3 support for incident resolution and troubleshoot issues
- Responsible for systems and technical support, as well as administration for network, desktop/server hardware, software and other systems.
- Work closely with team and other department for project completion and incident resolution.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Previous experience with technical support and system administration across all Windows Platform (Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, Windows Server 2019/2016)
- Knowledgeable with Active Directory Administration and Group Policy, as well as Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
- Strong with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, Firewalls)
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
