Job Description

  • After a very successful 2024, looking for new Customer Success Manager to join the team in China.  
  • Oversee the migration of SaaS solutions to meet client’s needs and provide ongoing support for software usage and performance.         
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serve as their primary point of contact for all success-related matters.
  • Collaborate with technical teams in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex issues.  

 

Key Candidate Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, project management, or technical support, ideally within the cargo or logistics software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS applications.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
