Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Customer Success Manager to join the team in China.
- Oversee the migration of SaaS solutions to meet client’s needs and provide ongoing support for software usage and performance.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serve as their primary point of contact for all success-related matters.
- Collaborate with technical teams in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex issues.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer success, project management, or technical support, ideally within the cargo or logistics software industry.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS applications.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
