Job Description
- After the successful 2024, looking for a new Incident Technician to join the team in Japan.
- Install and maintain software applications and infrastructure, ensuring functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including operating system drivers and firmware.
- Manage escalations from the Helpdesk, supporting in-house, third-party applications, and market data systems.
- Assist users with remote work setups, including firm or personal laptops and virtual machines.
- Maintain and update support documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Experience with help desk call management systems and ticket tracking
- Strong technical knowledge of a wide range of software applications, both in-house and third-party.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proactive in learning new technologies and participating in training programs.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English is required.
