Job Description

• After a very successful 2024, looking for new Infrastructure Project Engineer/Managers to join the team in Japan.
• Manage security equipment, cabling, and audio-visual (AV) system installations
• Ensure projects are completed to Convergint's standards and client satisfaction.
• Handle project scheduling, budget reviews, sales orders, and conduct kick-off meetings.
• Assist with security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, system programming, and provide technical support to sales and other departments.
• Supervise project teams and subcontractors..

Key Candidate Criteria

• At least 3-5+ years of experience in project engineering/management for AV/IT Infrastructure/Construction industry
• Strong experience in physical security systems, access control, CCTVs, and NVR/VMS.
• Proven team leadership, coaching, mentoring experience.
• Establish close communication/relationship with teammates, subcontractors, and customers both local and international.
• Fluent in English, at least basic Japanese.
