Job Description

• After very successful since 2023 and new projects, looking for Infrastructure Support Analyst to join the team in Hongkong.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, provide user support, and implement updates to ensure system reliability and security.
• Manage Asia IT ServiceDesk operations, including incident logging, prioritization, and resolution.
• Oversee Asia-based infrastructure, encompassing on-premises and cloud capabilities.
• Monitor performance, manage backups, and create documentation to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

Key Candidate Criteria

• At least 3+ years in IT Infrastructure Support
• Strong experience in IT ServiceDesk operations.
• Proficiency in managing on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with various cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
