Job Description
- Deliver BAU Technology and Voice tasks while ensuring system reliability and efficiency.
- Manage hardware inventory, support IT relocation projects, and monitor ticket queues.
- Assist with business moves, escalations, and compliance with security protocols.
- Monitor and maintain adherence to overtime, expense, and local cost control policies.
- Provide IT support for workstations, events, and remote work setups.
- Consistently demonstrate positive customer care and maintain a focus on delivering quality service.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Previous experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration, ideally including exposure to the financial industry.
- Strong technical expertise in Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of ITIL Service Support and Delivery disciplines and methodologies.
- Experience with IT service management and industry certifications (MCSA, A+, Network+ preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills to collaborate with other support teams across various platforms.
- Can speak fluent English and Japanese.
