Job Description
- After a very successful 2023, currently looking for a new IT administrator to join the team in Shanghai.
- Reporting to Senior IT engineer to manage the IT team in Asia, HK, and Shanghai offices. IT team connects to HQ in Europe, Amsterdam.
- Maintain IT compliance, including Windows OS updates, software licensing, user rights, and software updates, daily troubleshooting, cable management, and OPS monitoring.
- Responsible for completing and managing all the IT-related asset maintenance and documentation, including monthly and annual planning, reports, and inventory logs timely.
Key Candidate Criteria
- 5 years of previous, provable background specializing in IT systems and IT operations.
- Has extensive knowledge in troubleshooting application issues with proficiency in Autocad, MS Office, and Software deployment (Adobe CC, Autodesk series, Rhinoceros, etc.)
- Must have basic knowledge and expertise in clients operating systems, Microsoft Office, printers, and meeting applications (Webex, Zoom, Teams etc.)
- Can speak fluent English and Mandarin.
Office
- Shanghai or Hongkong
- Normally 8 hours work, overtime, and weekend work are occasional.
Salary
- 10k to 15k+ RMB or HKD
