Job Description
- After very successful 2024 and new projects, looking for several IT Desktop Support Engineers to join the team in Hong Kong.
- Provide L1/L2 support and problem resolution for customer issues
- Responsible for installation and upgrading of operating systems ranging from Windows XP to Windows 10, Cisco, and other authorized desktop applications
- Involved with ticket resolving and updates for all incidents
- Help with break-fix, fault diagnosis, and resolution
Key Candidate Criteria
- Atleast 2 years previous IT support background, either as Helpdesk or Technical Support etc.
- Has extensive knowledge in Windows OS (7 & 10), MS Office & 365 applications
- Ideally with knowledge in Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS
- Knowledgeable with PC/Laptop hardware/peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
- Preferably with basic understanding of data center, networks, servers, A/V, smart devices, or telecoms.
- Willing to travel to the client location
- Can speak fluent English, Cantonese, or Mandarin
