Job Description
- After successful 2024, looking for IT Support Specialist to join the team in Hokkaido.
- Provide helpdesk support for PCs, Windows/Mac operating systems, software applications, networks, and printers.
- Offer basic IT troubleshooting support for users and maintain clear communication with the third-party help desks for system-related issues.
- Manage user accounts and also to configure end user PCs/Macs.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have similar experience in IT Support, Helpdesk or technical support etc.
- At least basic knowledge of networking including Wi-fi devices, TCP/IP, Firewalls, switches and VPN configurations.
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting Windows servers, Unix, MacOS
- Should be based or open to relocate in Hokkaido. Preferable already in Japan.
- Can speak English and Advanced or native Japanese.
