Job Description
- After successful 2024, looking for new Desktop Support L1 to join the team.
- Reporting to the IT Head in Japan.
- Handle and resolve IT incidents efficiently using ticketing system. Facilitate new joiner onboarding by configuring devices, installing necessary software, and providing orientation on IT policies and systems.
- Demonstrates a customer-focused mindset, prioritizing end-user satisfaction and efficient problem resolution to support a diverse user base, including non-English-speaking users.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Ideally must have 2-4 years’ relevant experience in IT industry (Desktop support, IT support, Helpdesk support roles)
- Proficient in break-fix support and troubleshooting IT issues.
- Responsible for onboarding setups for new joiners and incident management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and incident tracking.
- Can speak fluent English and Japanese with at least N3-level proficiency.
