Job Description
- After successful 2024, looking for Technical Support to join the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GCP infrastructure, networking, and applications.
- Analyze logs, debug errors, and escalate issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
- Manage and prioritize technical support tickets, ensuring timely resolution within SLA guidelines.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Ideally must have 5 years’ relevant experience with Technical support, Desktop support etc.
- Must be expertise in handling technical support on cloud services preferably Google Cloud Platform and tools.
- Strong knowledge with cloud security practices and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Can speak fluent English and Japanese
