Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Project Specialist Coordinator to join the team in Japan.
- Support the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects across the organization
- Acts as the primary liaison between internal teams and end users to coordinate major updates to the client desktop environment
- Manage and track tasks assigned to delivery teams with timely execution
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Identify, document, and track Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies
- Utilize the WS system for tracking and managing work items for project delivery
Key Candidate Criteria
- Previous experience with helpdesk call management systems
- Technical proficiency with various in-house and third-party applications
- Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Fluent in English. Nihongo would be a big advantage.
