Job Description
- Will answer Iranian customer e-mails, assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments.
- Reporting to the Senior Head of Dubai Office. Will provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for opening new accounts
- Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively and will provide support and troubleshooting on platforms.
- Liaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must be a competitive and well-experienced customer service representative.
- Must be proficient in MS office applications and computer skills
- Knowledge of the Financial Market will be preferred
- Fluent in English and Malay.
