Job Description
- After successful 2024, looking for a new Desktop Support to join the team.
- Reporting to IT head in Singapore.
- Provide end to end support for clients in Singapore, and remotely for HK and China.
- Responsible to troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Create and manage support tickets based on user-reported issues.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or any related field.
- Ideally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in L1 or L2 Desktop support.
- Experienced in troubleshooting network security, printers, and desktop or laptop issues.
- Can speak fluent English and Mandarin.

- 2k+ to 3k+ SGD per month
