Job Description

• Will help with payment options, payment journey, client deposits, withdrawals, and collaborating with different payment providers, in different regions. 
• Reporting to the Senior Head of the Dubai Office. Will help check client documents, Bank statements, and Passports, to ensure they are genuine and valid.
• Will help develop and implement new supporting processes, business system requirements, and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Will help improve the quality of data collection, and the timeliness of the reports through strategically designed data handling and reporting procedures.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Must have a strong background in the forex/banking/finance/fintech/stock exchange industry.
• Must have a strong knowledge of the processes, and payment systems, which are mainly connected with different APIs, debugging errors, funds sent or not sent, etc.
• Doesn’t need to be a developer, but needs to understand the infrastructure. 
• Can speak fluent English, second language could be Russian or Chinese.
