Job Description

  • After a very successful 2024, expanding to Asia and is looking for new Technical Account Manager to be the first in South Korea team.
  • Responsible for getting the client’s requirements and feedback
  • Provide support to their new customer in South Korea in terms of their SAAS product
  • Drive the enablement and growth of product in the region
  • Help in identifying new projects/leads and work closely with the sales team

 

Key Candidate Criteria

  • Must have a relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry, especially validation space
  • Previous account management, sales, or customer success management experience
  • Background in IT is a plus but not a must (software, ERP/Document Management System).
  • Proven strong customer-facing experience
  • Fluent English, native Korean speaker
