Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, expanding to Asia and is looking for new Technical Account Manager to be the first in South Korea team.
- Responsible for getting the client’s requirements and feedback
- Provide support to their new customer in South Korea in terms of their SAAS product
- Drive the enablement and growth of product in the region
- Help in identifying new projects/leads and work closely with the sales team
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have a relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry, especially validation space
- Previous account management, sales, or customer success management experience
- Background in IT is a plus but not a must (software, ERP/Document Management System).
- Proven strong customer-facing experience
- Fluent English, native Korean speaker
