Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Development Team Lead to join/handle the SAR and PAK team.
- Reporting to the Lead Chief Digital Officer.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a development team of 7+ members.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications.
- Conduct regular team meetings, code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Java Springboot, Flutter, and SQL servers.
- Has experience with fintech, banking, and e-wallet solutions; integrating into banks.
- Great leadership and people management skills.
- Fluent in English.
