Job Description
- After successful 2024, looking for Helpdesk IT Support to join the IT team.
- Reporting to the IT Manager.
- Provide support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Identify potential security risks and security measures as part of user support.
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software security issues.
- Must have knowledge with computer network devices, active directory, Office 365, and SharePoint administration.
- Can speak fluent English and Mandarin.

- 20k to 25k HKD per month
