Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Application Support Analyst to join the team.
- Be in charge of application support and administration.
- Responsible for problem/issue documentation and resolutions.
- Keep in close touch with different stakeholders and partners.
- Provide the best quality service to their worldwide users.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- At least 6+ years of experience in technical application support with Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion SCM, or ERP.
- Proficiency with Fusion modules including Oracle Order Management, Inventory Management, Shipping, Price Management, and GOP.
- Has background/knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Fluent in English.
