Job Description

  • Looking for six (6) sales account managers and directors for the rapid expansion in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
  • Reporting directly to the hiring sales account managers in Saudi Arabia, responsible for lead generation, and accounts maintenance.
  • Collaborate with accounts to understand current and future needs, and propose suitable products, services, and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue for the organization.
  • Provides sales presentations, creates account strategy, and manages proposal and contract preparation.

Key Candidate Criteria

  • Ideally must have 2-7 years of relevant experience in selling software solutions.
  • Must have previously sold Software Digital transformation solutions and services.
  • Should have experience in solutions and consultative selling based on customer’s needs (not transactional script box selling).
  • Prefer Saudis but open to Arab nationalities as long as already in KSA.
  • At least have a maximum of 31 years of age.
  • Can be able to speak fluent English and Arabic.

Office

  • Saudi Arabia

Salary

  • 12-15K SAR per month fixed (2-4 years of experience). Split of 60/40 total
  • 17-20K SAR per month fixed (5-7 years of experience). Split of 55/45
  • No cap, commission is paid quarterly.
  • Overachieve means accelerator of x2, x3, etc.
  • Salary is negotiable per candidate, we evaluate their current commission scheme and fixed monthly amount and give a proper percentage increase in total package.
