Job Description
- After very successful 2024 and new projects, looking for a new Sales Director to join the team in Japan.
- Reporting to the Head of Sales in Dubai.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, conduct market research, and provide insights to global leadership to drive growth and improve product offerings.
- Establish client relationships, door-to-door type of sales across various sectors like cafes, retail, and fashion
Key Candidate Criteria
- Over 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the F&B/Consumer industry
- Strong expertise in targeting SMEs and local business in Japan
- Ideally with network or can work with local restaurants, cafes, and consumer-related businesses (gym, fashion, etc.)
- Experience with loyalty points/rewards products or services would be a big advantage.
- Deep understanding of the Japanese market, culture, and business environment.
- Experience working with small businesses in various sectors, with proficiency in using CRM tools for sales management and forecasting.
- Native Japanese speaker, English level at least N4 or N5
