Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Sales Director to join the team in Japan.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth for the company’s products and solutions
- Identify and build relationships with key clients, including financial institutions, corporations, and compliance teams
- Cultivate strong partnerships with C-level executives and high-level decision-makers across the industry
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently hit the target
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and take charge of negotiations, and closure of deals
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Should have 8-10 years of experience in doing local sales
- Experience within fintech, BFSI, or compliance solutions industry
- Strong with selling KYC, AML, or business information solutions
- Knowledgeable with credit, commercial risk, and regulatory compliance practices
- Fluent in both English and Japanese
