Job Description
- Following a successful 2024, we are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Hong Kong.
- Reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with recruitment partners to attract top talent.
- Responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing both young sales professionals and experienced candidates transitioning from tech sales.
- Involves market research, outreach, and networking, with occasional travel for meetings and industry events.
Key Candidate Criteria
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in MPF, pensions, or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Open to tech sales professionals willing to transition into the MPF and pensions industry.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese required; Mandarin is a plus.
