Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Sales/BD Director to join the team in Dubai.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying, securing, and managing client relationships across the Middle East region.
- Drive revenue growth by positioning the company’s market-leading solutions including banking and payment services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed financial targets, generate new leads, and close high-value deals.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in banks and financial institutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client success.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have 10+ years of experience in business development or sales specialized in payments, financial services, FinTech, or banking.
- Strong network of industry contacts especially from banks, FX exchange houses, or remittance houses in the UAE region.
- Proficient with customizing solutions based on client’s needs and requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
