Job Description

  • After successful 2025, looking for a new Senior Analyst L1 Service Desk to join the team.
  • Provide support for SecurID administration requests from external authorized users, global clients, and internal employees based in North America and Europe.
  • Implement a process to contact employees before their token's expiration date to confirm shipping details, ensuring uninterrupted access to systems.
  • Develop and maintain a process to contact employees before their token expiration date to confirm and update shipping details, ensuring uninterrupted system access.

  • Conduct basic troubleshooting to resolve common problems or service requests.

 

Key Candidate Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Must have similar experience in an L1 service desk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service desk management.
  • Familiarity with managing token-related processes, including assignment, shipping, and renewal.
  • Knowledge of SecurID Administration and related technologies.
  • Experience with service desk software (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc).
  • Can speak fluent English and Japanese, with at least C1 level language proficiency.

  • +400K to 500K JPY per month
