Job Description
- After a very successful 2023, looking for new Senior Customer Success Manager to join the team.
- Directly reporting to VP of Customer Operations & Delivery.
- Act as advisor to customers and build strong relationship with them.
- Be involved in goal reports to stakeholders in a quarterly manner.
- Responsible for handling multiple accounts; work closely with customer support, sales, and project managers.
Key Candidate Criteria
- At least 7+ years of experience with software (SaaS) customer success management, strategic account/relationship management, consultant, and similar roles
- Direct experience working with the energy/utility industry (CLP, HK Electric, etc.)
- Involved in deploying/implementing SaaS products.
- Preferably with Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or any relevant field.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.

Salary
- 80K to 85k HKD per month
