Job Description
- After successful 2024, looking for a (2) Level 1 Desktop support Engineer.
- Reporting to the IT head to join the Team.
- First two projects will be in Taipei and will be placed on customer site fulltime, and reporting to customer directly.
- Work with a diverse range of clients at different times and will initially support our existing 8 clients
Key Candidate Criteria
- Ideally has 5 years of relevant experience and can provide support for printers, laptops, PC’s, 365, and to end user.
- Should have good customer service support, communication skills.
- Can speak at least Basic English and Mandarin.

Salary
- 35k -38k TWD/month (Negotiable for experienced candidates)
