Job Description
- After a very successful 2022, looking for new Technical Support / Customer Service Officer.
- Be involved in responding to daily emails and system call logging.
- In-charge with email follow ups and WeChat inquiries.
- Work closely and reports daily data record to Ops Manager.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Open to Junior/Fresh graduates.
- Familiar with sound systems and Soundcloud.
- Able to work independently and in a dynamic environment.
- CS experience is an advantage.
- Fluent with Mandarin and English.
