Job Description
- After very successful 2024 and new projects, looking for a new Turkish Business Development Manager to join the team in Dubai.
- Reporting to the Director of BDM, lead market expansion initiatives, and identify new business opportunities within the fintech and payments sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, payment service providers, e-commerce companies, and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions and refine go-to-market strategies.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A background in IT or fintech is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Turkey's fintech ecosystem, including digital payments, mobile wallets, and blockchain solutions.
- Proven track record in driving market expansion and building long-term relationships with key partners and clients.
- Fluency in English and Turkish is a plus.
Office
- Dubai, UAE
- Preference for candidates currently based in Dubai.
- Relocation from outside Dubai will also be considered.

- Up to 25K AED per month
