He is an experienced Technical Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer electronics industry and over 10 years of experience. Currently, he is a Senior IT Analyst VCP Process Management at XXXX, where he serves as the primary technical authority for Signavio, driving process transparency and automation across the Asia Pacific region. He manages the end-to-end Signavio ecosystem, including process flow diagrams, approval workflows, and document storage architectures. He leads quarterly training sessions for Henkel users, ensuring all process documentation adheres to global BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and company standards. He also strategically monitors and manages a limited pool of Signavio licenses, ensuring critical functions have the necessary access to maintain operational continuity. And he collaborates on business process automations using Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate to drive data-driven process improvements. Before this, he was a Technical Writer at XXXX, where he managed the developer-facing infrastructure for Samsung’s core technologies. He managed the Samsung Code Lab website, the primary portal where global developers download SDKs to build applications for the Galaxy Store.
