1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
His last role was with XXXX as a Technical Writer Associate where he was responsible for revising and editing policy documents in regards to their IT and Technology department; most of it are software-related. After that, he got assigned to help with consolidating and documenting the processes of the PSE subsidiaries. When they completed that tasks, he was assigned to be part of the quality assurance and software testing team where they had assigned tests and modules to accomplish for the given development cycle.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be his excellent attention to details since it’s required for both technical writing and quality assurance roles. In terms of tools and technology, he has mostly used Microsoft Word for technical writing; C# NUnit, Selenium WebDriver, and Microsoft Excel for the quality assurance and testing of web applications.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has almost 2 years of technical writing experience now, mainly working on the software side of things but would be comfortable to work with machinery, engineering, and similar products as well. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, has experience using free versions of similar software to Adobe Suite.
