Currently working as DWDM Engineer responsible for the design, planning, operations, maintenance of DWDM network and provides level 2 technical support for all faults in DCI DWDM network. Perform Equipment and Server software/patch upgrade in the network to add new features, fix bugs and vulnerabilities from previous version responsible for L1 Encryption activation, testing and management for all services configured in the network.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in OTN, DWDM and rates himself 5 out of 5 in Nokia and Huawei vendor. Evaluates vendors for the RFP of the Optical Testers to be used in X. Also, responsible for implementation of project design which includes coordinating change requests approval and implementation and handling of vendors from equipment delivery, installation, cabling, pre-commissioning, acceptance, testing and service RFS. Performs routine checkup of the status of the sites and maintains hardware installation quality of the subcontractor.
