She is a content producer with over 8 years of developing, authoring, peer-reviewing, and publishing internal and end-user technical documentation and technical courseware for numerous national and global startups focused on IT-powered products and solutions for consumer and enterprise customers. In her most recent role, she was a Senior Technical Writer at XXXX, where she served as the sole technical writing authority, managing a complex and high-volume documentation landscape during a period of rapid engineering transition. She architected automated workflows for syncing product releases with knowledge base updates, utilizing GitHub Actions and Claude AI integrations to enhance efficiency. She managed technical endpoints using ReadMe and GitHub. She is specialized in “dummifying” request/response scripts and providing critical context for complex API sequences and dependencies. And adopted a proactive QA role, testing “happy cases” and “edge cases” for every workflow documented to ensure absolute alignment between the product interface and the manual. She is also expert in managing documentation via Markdown and GitHub, leveraging the simplicity and transparency of open-source tools to build accessible, scalable repositories. She specialized in using Slack Actions and integrations to capture documentation defects and requests automatically, funneling them directly into Jira tickets to eliminate manual administrative overhead. Moreover, her BAU includes deep-diving into test environments to verify product behavior. She specializes in creating Happy Flows and Edge Cases to ensure documentation captures real-world user journeys. and expert at documenting APIs not just as a list of endpoints, but as sequences with specific dependencies, ensuring developers understand the “Why” behind the request/response logic.
