He is from Myanmar and currently works as an Operation Engineer at XXXX. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the deployment and maintenance of new sites, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting the overall telecom network infrastructure for one of the major operators in Myanmar.
As part of his responsibilities, he manages the planning and execution of new site integrations, aligning with business requirements and customer expectations. He is also involved in network migration projects, where he ensures the successful transition of routers and switches while maintaining network stability and efficiency. Additionally, he plays a key role in assembling project plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and aligning technical operations with customer needs.
With his expertise in telecom operations, network deployment, and infrastructure management, he has gained valuable experience in handling large-scale network projects and ensuring optimal service performance.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
One of his strongest skills is his expertise in routing and switching technologies. He has a strong background in routing protocols such as PTP and IS-IS, as well as proficiency in switching technologies. Additionally, he has hands-on experience with firewall technologies, ensuring secure and efficient network operations.
