His role involves providing comprehensive IT support, including remote assistance and on-site troubleshooting for various hardware components such as servers, laptops, desktops, and printers. He has worked extensively with hardware from brands like Cisco, Aruba, and Dell, ensuring smooth operations across different IT environments. His expertise spans multiple support levels, including L1, L2, and L3, allowing him to efficiently resolve technical issues at various complexities.
Beyond routine IT support, he also plays a key role in managing IT infrastructure within data centers, handling both hardware and software troubleshooting for servers.
