He has over 10 years of experience in software testing and quality engineering with strong emphasize on test automation and Agile methodology while driving product qualities. He has worked on different domains like fintech, insurance, telecom, as well as retail, and has leveraged tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman, and different cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure. He is currently with XXXX as a Senior Lead Software Engineer where he is leading a team of about 15+ people from Singapore, Poland, and India; they basically ensure from test automation site that what they’re doing is user effective, highly productive, and product quality is the first priority. On his day-to-day activity, he divides his tasks in 70% technical work and 30% people management work; he’s currently working for client Google and uses language like Kotlin, Java, and JavaScript for them.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be managing a team in a very efficient way and believes in the strategy that not only the management should be happy but the team and people as well. He is good with both automation and manual testing using different tools and frameworks for more than 10 years now. Apart from that, he is ISTQB certified, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and several Azure/AWS certifications as well.
