- He’s been working as a desktop engineer for the past four years before coming here for five years now. Before this, he was working with a XXX company, which was previously XXX. And prior to that, he was working with XXX, which is the XXX hospital. He’s been working as the supply chain manager. He was responsible for the operation room and some of the PCs; he handled most of the OS, like Windows and 7, which were mainly connected to the network, which is the hospital network. When he was with XXX, they dealt with a bit of networking because they are the support network team. He handles account creation, PC setup, backup files, etc.
Currently, he supports the office in XXX. Basically, he’s doing APAC right now.
2. He is an expert in hardware, technical problems, software, etc.
3. He worked in XXX they supported some local banks in XXX and help setting up, and troubleshooting if needed. Also doing some deploying some storage SAN, some are server hardware.
